Our School Day
The Department for Education (DfE) expects all mainstream, state-funded schools in England to provide a minimum school week of 32.5 hours, including break times and any required enrichment activities.
From September 2025, our school day at Annfield Plain Juniors is timetabled as follows:
Gates to grounds will open at 8:20am.
Soft start to the school day from 8:25am until school starts at 8.30am (breakfast funded by Greggs will be served in classrooms).
School ends: 3:00pm. All pupils will exit using the rear gates. Once gates are closed, please use the main office.
