Annfield Plain Junior School provides pupils with a diverse range of experiences and opportunities, to develop their talents and interests.  We believe prioritising personal development, as in our Vision and Values Programme, ensures that all pupils develop a belief that they can succeed both at our school and in their next stages of education and life. Integral to the programme are our values of honesty, integrity, self-discipline, respect, tolerance, equality, diversity and inclusion. Bobby Brain's "MAGIC" (Motivation/Attitude/Gumption/ I-Learn/Communication) habits for learning and life are a child-friendly tool pupils use to engage fully in school life and learning, as well as supporting each pupil to experience success.
